According to the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China on July 16, 2018, the information about the environmental impact assessment work of "Comprehensive Recycling of Secondary Resources of Precious Metals and Product Deep Processing and Expansion Project" is hereby announced, and the announcement is as follows:

Project name: the comprehensive recycling of secondary resources of precious metals and deep processing of products to expand the project

Project nature: expansion and renovation

Construction unit: Yunlong County Platinum Cui Precious Metals Technology Co.

Construction Location: Caojian Town Industrial Park, Yunlong County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province

Construction content and scale:

The expansion will be carried out within the existing plant area and will not involve new land. The expansion of fire enrichment workshop and supporting facilities, pretreatment workshop, wet enrichment workshop and refining workshop will remain unchanged. According to the relevant specifications, the area of new thermal enrichment workshop is 1400m2; the area of new acid storage is 300m2; the area of new neutralization mud storage is 400m2; the area of new thermal smelting slag storage is 300m2; the area of new hazardous waste temporary storage is 30m2; the area of new R&D laboratory building is 576m2; the area of new three raw material storage is 670m2, 336m2 and 700m2 respectively; the existing thermal enrichment workshop will be transformed into thermal pilot plant. The existing fire enrichment workshop will be transformed into a fire test workshop with an area of 576m2.

The main technical reform equipment of the expansion are: pretreatment workshop new closed conveyor output and automatic sampling system; a 2t coal-fired boiler will be removed and replaced by a 2t electric boiler; two new 4t roasters in the fire enrichment workshop; one new 0.5t medium frequency furnace; two new 1.5t smelting furnace; refining workshop extraction equipment technical reform for resin tower, other equipment with the expansion of production scale. Other equipment will be increased accordingly with the expansion of production scale.

After the completion of the expansion, the annual processing volume of 12,000 tons of materials.
